Keeping up

See whether the pharmacy is keeping up

Every compounding pharmacy runs a program of routine work: cleaning, temperature readings, room and equipment certifications, license renewals. Pomio shows whether that work gets done on time. Every number is counted from tasks the pharmacy actually did, each with a due date and a completion time, shown next to how much work it has set up.

Licenses

Every state's licenses, from the pharmacy's record

Licenses are one part of deciding where a pharmacy can dispense and ship prescriptions. Pomio shows each license the pharmacy holds in each state, by type, with its status and expiry date, and how many of its pharmacists hold an active license there. We check against licensing requirements so you can be sure a state reads as met only when every license it requires is active.

How sharing works

Shared only with the pharmacy's agreement

The record belongs to the pharmacy. Pomio shares a small, fixed set of facts from it, with the partners the pharmacy agreed to, and keeps a copy of every answer.

The pharmacy agrees first

Pomio sets up each partner's access one pharmacy at a time, after agreeing it with that pharmacy. A partner can't look up a pharmacy that hasn't agreed, or learn that it uses Pomio.

Counts and dates, not files

No license numbers, documents, complaints or names of people leave Pomio. Partners see statuses, dates and counts.

Every answer is kept

Pomio records each request and the exact answer it gave. If anyone asks what a partner saw on a given day: here you go.

Access can end at any time

Pomio can turn off a key, or a partner's access to one pharmacy, at any time. The record of what was shared stays.

For partners

Check before the prescription goes out

  • Your servers ask Pomio, so the answer can show up in the tools your team and physicians already use.
  • Where each pharmacy stands, with the counts behind it, and an answer per state for routing by the patient's state.
  • Every answer dated and labeled with where it came from.
For pharmacies

Your daily record becomes your answer

  • The licenses you keep and the tasks your team closes are already the record.
  • With your agreement, a partner can check it without another request for copies.
  • Pomio shares with a partner only after agreeing it with you, and keeps a copy of every answer.

FAQ

Questions partners ask

Does Pomio say a pharmacy is compliant?

No. Regulators decide that. Pomio shows what the pharmacy's own record says, and when: which licenses are active, and whether its routine work is done on time.

Where does the information come from?

From the records the pharmacy keeps in Pomio. Its staff enter licenses and complete their tasks there. Each answer is marked self-reported, with the time it was true.

Which pharmacies can we see?

Only pharmacies that agreed to share with you. Pomio sets up each one with the pharmacy before your access starts, and can end it at any time.

How does it fit with our systems?

It's an API your servers call with a private key. You decide where the answer shows up, such as next to each pharmacy in the screens your physicians already use.
